Missoula Food Bank's Kids Table program is addressing the concerns of childhood hunger. We have developed collaborations with several Missoula area programs that serve children and youth. Through Boys and Girls Club, the Summer Arts and Leadership Camp for homeless kids, Flagship,the Missoula School District, and Full Circle Counseling (new in 2009), Kids Table provides free meals to the participants of each one's respective program during the summer. These local programs benefit children by providing activities that are meaningful and fun as well as challenging. Kids Table offers a nutritional balance that complements each organization's efforts to strengthen the lives of Missoula's children.

Missoula Food Bank served 300 meals during the first year of our childrens lunch program in 2001. Since then, we have served 40,000 more meals to children in Missoula. In 2009, we served over 10,000 meals through the Kids Table program.
