Missoula Food Bank staff members are dedicated individuals who are committed to the mission of our agency. Their diverse backgrounds and experience bring unique skill sets which, by working together, help nourish our community.

 Missoula Food Bank staff members are responsible for a variety of tasks that assure our programs are implemented in an efficient and effective manner. Keeping our shelves stocked with quality, nutritious food is the heart of our mission. Staff members work tirelessly to secure food donations, manage food distribution efforts and to provide excellent customer service to our clients. All of these efforts are done in collaboration with hundreds of dedicated volunteers, along with a generous community.

	Cynthia Lotty - Executive Director (Ext. 101):  As Executive Director, Cynthia oversees our entire operation, including programs, budgets and staff. Cynthia works closely with the Board of Directors to set priorities and goals, and to assure that Missoula Food Bank is viable and strong. Email Cynthia.
	Dorey Rowland - Program Operations Director (Ext. 104):    As Program Operations Manager, Dorey supervises program staff and oversees the variety of programs the food bank has to offer. In addition to assuring that our daily operations are running smoothly, she works collaboratively with a variety of groups and agencies. E-mail Dorey.
	Jessica Allred - Community Relations Director(Ext. 105):    As Community Relastions Director, Jessica is responsible for our fundraising efforts, including food drive and special event coordination. She also works with the media and the community to assure that our vital mission is effectively communicated. E-mail Jessica
	Dean Thompson - Community Food Security Liaison (Ext. 103):    As Community Food Security Liaison, Dean collaborates with donors, volunteers and recipient agencies to assure that our food rescue program is implemented safely and efficiently, and works with our partners to increase Food Security for all people in our area. Identifying needs in our community and forging partnerships to meet those needs, Dean is an essential part of our mission to end hunger in Missoula County. E-mail Dean.
	Mayo Osawa - Volunteer Coordinator (Ext. 107):    As Volunteer Coordinator, Mayo supervises our food bank store as well as manages our volunteer program. Mayo works directly with our clients, and provides support to hundreds of volunteers. Additionally, Mayo coordinates ROOTS, a delivery program for low income and homebound seniors. E-mail Mayo.
	Bill Fleischman - Warehouse Manager (Ext. 109):    As Warehouse Manager, Bill maintains inventory, organizes our warehouse, and rescues thousands of pounds of food from local donors. Bill also manages our 3rd Street facility and offsite warehouse,  and maintains our equipment and vehicles. E-mail Bill.
	Erin Foster West- Programs Services Coordinator (Ext. 107):    As Program Services Coordinator, Erin provides much needed support to all of our programs. She assists with the supervision of the food bank store, and provides support to our volunteers. Erin coordinates trainings, food drives, and assists with special events. E-mail Erin.
	James Dodge - Food Recovery Coordinator (Ext. 111):    As Food Recovery Coordinator, James coordinates daily food pickups from our partner grocers, and oversees recovery of Food Circle food. James coordinates with our Warehouse Manager and Community Food Security Liaison to ensure that our food supply is steady and safe. E-mail James.
	Patricia Rose - Office Assistant (Ext. 100):    As Office Assistant, Patricia manages the office work required to keep the food bank running smoothly. Patricia answers our phones, maintains files, handles correspondence, and provides support to our executive director, as well as to other staff.
