Sunday, November 21, 2021 | 9 am – 6 pm
If your family will be without meal for the November holiday, we invite you to come to our annual Turkey Distribution. Missoula Food Bank & Community Center will be offering a turkey and a bag of fixings to families while supplies last on Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 9 am – 6 pm.
Distribution will take place at Missoula Food Bank & Community Center at 1720 Wyoming Street.
For your safety & ours, please be sure everyone in your vehicle is wearing a mask when you pull up to the Food Bank. No need to get out of your car! We’ll bring your turkey and the fixings to you.
Please look for volunteers when you arrive that will show you where to pull in. Walk-in customers welcome, too!
Limit 1 turkey per household. MFB&CC will be screening.
You may have noticed that our food bank has distanced itself from “Thanksgiving” specific language. While we strongly believe in the values of gratitude, family, and coming together over a meal to celebrate and reflect on the things we hold close – we also strongly value our Native American and Indigenous community members; we understand that the roots and stories of the November holiday are in conflict with that value.
For this reason we will offer Turkey Distribution for the November holiday.
