School MEals are for everyone

Free & Reduced School Meal forms are back for the 2022-2023 school year.

Since March 2020, public school meals have been free to all students, but these waivers expired before the start of the 2022-23 school year. Families are now required to apply for free and reduced lunches. Families that meet an income threshold qualify for either free or reduced-cost school meals.

Head to the MCPS website to learn more and fill out the form.

How have you experienced School meals?

We want to know more about your family’s experience with universal school meals. We believe that school meals should be available for all students. Access to food helps students thrive in a social and learning environment! We are working with local school districts and policymakers to improve access to meals.
We hope you will join us and work together for long-term solutions for food security in our community!
